BECOMING A COACH
Eboni has always been drawn to helping women, and in 2007 she founded a national women’s organization, which led to the launch of her coaching business. It hasn’t always been smooth sailing (she tells us the story of her first group coaching program), but she persevered and got past the bumps!
BIGGEST OBSTACLE
She originally tried to “go it alone”, but soon realized that she needed help (and recommends that all coaches have a coach to help them with their businesses, especially newer coaches!).

Eboni is a big believer in relationship marketing, so much of her business comes from the relationship building that she does.
