Leslie Flowers has over 10,000 hours of teaching and training people in the principles of success, and she has conducted over 50 multi-week masterminds on the subject. She is also an expert on Napoleon Hill’s “Think & Grow Rich”, and we dive into a discussion about the book on today’s show!
BECOMING A COACH
In 1996, Leslie began investigating different transformation opportunities and took courses from Landmark Education, learning a lot of coaching techniques. In 2000, she started studying quantum and metaphysics, as well as different religions and aspects of spirituality. In 2005, she started a meet-up group focusing on the practices and practitioners of the movie, “The Secret.” Until then, she had been coaching people for free but wanted to find a way to do it for a living. She discovered Bob Proctor’s website in 2007 and became certified in his work. In 2013, she studied the wage gap between men and women and hosted masterminds on that topic, proving women can build confidence using principles from “Think & Grow Rich” and other resources to ask for what they deserve.
