Jodi Flynn is a leadership coach based in southern Maine. She works with business leaders, small business owners and corporate executives, on the soft skills: self-management, communication, relationships and mindset. In addition to being the founder of Luma Coaching, Jodi hosts her own podcast, “Women Taking The Lead”.
BECOMING A COACH
For years, Jodi was an executive in mutual fund operations, but realized she wasn’t interested in her next promotion anymore. Around 2007, she discovered the coaching profession. When her company went through an acquisition period, she felt the universe conspired to help her make the move to coaching full-time. She got her certification, and started her coaching business in 2010.
