BECOMING A COACH
After almost 20 years in HR, Trent decided to start his own coaching business – eventually moving it from the East Coast to California.
BIGGEST OBSTACLE
When he was a newer coach, Trent found it difficult at times to get new clients. He got past this problem by talking to as many people as possible, asking them if they knew anyone who could benefit from his coaching services.

Trent’s business comes mainly from referrals and from people who attend his public events.
