He jumped from a career as a sportscaster into the world of coaching, and moved quickly to accomplish big things in the industry. BECOMING A COACH
Russ has a background as a sportscaster and in accounting. While a CPA in Human Resources, he had people suggesting that he should become a coach and he took the plunge (and started the Life Coach Radio Networks less than a year after becoming a coach!).
