Kim Ades is a big believer that having her clients journal is important to the coaching process – so much so that she even created the software “JournalEngine” for her company to use. Through her company “Frame of Mind Coaching”, Kim trains hundreds of coaches every year in the art of using journals, and explains how that has helped her build a successful business.
BECOMING A COACH
Kim used to own a software company that focused on helping employers assess potential employees. 9 years ago, she decided to build a coaching company based on how people think.
BIGGEST OBSTACLE
Deciding to look at the big picture and step away from just coaching individual clients, and instead start certifying coaches to coach using her method (she feels she can reach more people that way).
GETTING NEW COACHING CLIENTS
Kim is an active lead generator and gets most of her new clients from referrals, podcasts, teleseminars and her speaking events.
