Clive Maxheath uses group coaching to benefit men with his Men’s Action Project. His journey to coaching started with a “mid 2o’s crisis” that threw him into personal development and prompted him to travel around the world for a year. He shares more on today’s Natural Born Coaches!
BECOMING A COACH
After his “mid 20’s crisis”, Clive jumped into personal development and started sharing the things that he was learning with others. Some of those personal development sources, like Trip Lannier’s “The New Man Podcast” convinced him to start coaching men, specifically using group coaching.
GETTING NEW COACHING CLIENTS
Clive uses MeetUp groups effectively, and has gotten a lot of new clients this way (his are based in London). He’s also a big believer in social media and consistently uses it to reach out to others .
