BECOMING A COACH
Nancy is a fan of Bruce Lee, and always wanted to get into martial arts. In her 30’s she started learning Karate, and began teaching self-defence to women. She soon discovered that women weren’t attending for the techniques but for the personal development, and her coaching transitioned from self-defence to life coaching.
