BECOMING A COACH
Andy was in the retail industry for almost 20 years and was getting coaching from Verne Harnish (who wrote the book “The Rockefeller Habits” and was teaching clients strategies based on that). After a couple of years of being a Gazellle client, he decided to become a coach with the company.
BIGGEST OBSTACLE
Getting his name out there and getting to know his style/where his comfort level is.
GETTING NEW COACHING CLIENTS
In the early days, Andy did a lot of public workshops. As his business has grown, more new clients have come from referrals (he doesn’t do many public workshops nowadays).
