BECOMING A COACH
Kirsty has a background in theatre and TV production, but discovered cognitive hypnotherapy and it changed everything for her. She started a therapy practice and started getting interested in what people can achieve once they’re free of their “stuff”. She started to create conversations with people where she would give ongoing support and she decided to make that her focus and move into coaching.
BIGGEST OBSTACLE
As a single mom, Kirsty’s biggest obstacle is juggling work around being an effective parent, as well as the setting of her coaching fees.

Kirsty gets her new clients from word of mouth, her website and from Facebook.
