After 30 years of working inside organizations, David Shriner-Cahn launched his own coaching and consulting business in 2006. He gets results for his clients by using a unique strategy that he developed (the TEND System) and shares his message many ways including with his podcast; “Smashing the Plateau”.
BECOMING A COACH
David moved to start his own coaching business when he decided that he could help more people that way than by working for an organization. In the beginning, he used more of a consulting model, but then shifted it to a fixed model of standard programs a few years later when he felt the market was demanding that.
